At present, the company has established more than 60 marketing service outlets in 29 provinces, cities and autonomous regions, with more than 100 marketing service personnel and excellent maintenance technician team, providing users with a series of services such as whole machine sales, parts supply, maintenance and technical consultation, and the coverage rate of outlets is the highest in the industry.

Spare parts warehouse

We have set up a spare parts warehouse, and will further improve our spare parts supply system, so as to be able to supply timely and accurately.

1. Arete will be warm, polite, serious and correct to answer the questions raised by customers.

2. Arete will reply to the user's questions within 6 hours.

3. Complaints about product quality will be repaired within 24 hours; non product quality complaints can be handled within 24 hours according to the reasons and requirements of customer complaints.
